Bayer Cares Foundation provided grant support to Africa Frontline First through the Financing Alliance for Health, which is the fiscal host. The investment from Bayer Cares Foundation was £ 300,000 and is intended to achieve the following objectives. 1. Develop the operational plan and implementation guidance for the Africa Frontline First Catalytic Fund (AFF-CF) 2. Support countries that are designing interventions and country plans to produce strong Catalytic Fund proposals backed by best practice. 3. Design a monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda for AFF
