About us
Sanku's approach to addressign malnutrition involves fortifying staple foods, such as flour and maize, with essential vitamins and minerals. The orgnization uses a small-scale fortification tecchnology called the 'dosifier' that can be attached to existing mills in rural communities. The dosifier is capable of accurately fortifying small batches of flour with essential nutritions, such as iron, zinc, and folic acid, at a low cost.
